- ½ cup sunflower seed butter can sub with any nut/seed butter
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 4 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup arrowroot flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the Topping:
Place everything in small food processor and blend for a few seconds until everything is combined, and has thickened up.
Set aside while prepping filling.
For the Berry Filling:
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In large bowl, toss all ingredients together until all berries are evenly coated.
Pour berry mixture on the bottom of an ungreased skillet(or cake pan if you don’t have a skillet.)
Crumble topping mixture evenly over the entire thing and place in oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm!
