- ½ cup hazelnut butter*
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup cassava flour
- 1 chopped 72% dark chocolate bar
Mix together hazelnut butter, maple syrup, mashed banana, eggs, and oil in a medium-sized bowl.
Whisk in cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and flour until lumps are gone.
Fold in chopped chocolate and pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325℉ for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Enjoy!
*If you can't find hazelnut butter in stores, puree raw hazelnuts in a high powered food processor/blended until a butter forms. Difficulty Level: Easy
