- 2 tablespoons cassava flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg for vegan option, sub with ½ mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon non dairy milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons coconut sugar
- 3 crushed gluten free Oreos optional
Handful of chopped dark chocolate
Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT CHOPPED CHOCOLATE, together in a microwave safe mug.
Add handful of chocolate to center of cake batter, letting some sink into it.
Cook in microwave for 40 seconds. Enjoy!
