Paleo, GF, and Easy AF
6 tbsp cashew butter
¼ cup maple syrup
5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
With whisk, combine cashew butter, syrup and cocoa powder.
Add eggs, one at a time until combined.
With rubber spatula, mix vanilla, almond flour and chopped chocolate.
Scoop onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
