1 stick butter
3/4 cup maple sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup cassava flour
1 cup chopped Signature Dark Primal Chocolate
1 cup roughly chopped walnuts(or any nut)(optional)
In stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Scrape down sides and add egg, vanilla and salt.
In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Fold in chopped chocolate and nuts.
Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
