-6 tbsp melted midnight coconut(about 1.5 bars)
-4 tbsp melted butter
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp cold brew coffee(optional)
-½ tsp baking powder
-⅛ tsp monk fruit powder(or your choice of sweetener to taste)
Melt together butter and chocolate, whisk in vanilla, coffee, baking powder and monk fruit. Add eggs and whisk for one minute until batter looks completely smooth. Pour batter into parchment lined loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Yields 4 brownies.
