½ cup 100% midnight dark chocolate melted
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp roughly chopped pistachios
1 tbsp shredded coconut
-Mix together chocolate and syrup for 30 seconds until it thickens up.
-Add coconut oil, cocoa powder, maca powder and salt and mix well.
-Add rest of ingredients until incorporated and pour into parchment lined small pan. 5x5 would work perfect!
-Let sit at room temp for 2-3 hours until its hard enough to cut up! Enjoy!
