2 cups almond flour
¼ cup arrowroot flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup monk fruit sweetener
½ cup non dairy milk or water
½ cup coconut oil
Whisk together all dry ingredients and add in all wet ingredients to that.
Pour into greased, pre-heated waffle iron and cook until browned.
