Since these brownies are baked in an individual skillet, it's a perfect excuse to not share with anyone else, and keep all the fudgy goodness for yourself.
Yield:1 4” skillet
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ cup melted chocolate
⅓ cup coconut sugar
1 egg(sub 1 flax egg)
1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
-In large bowl, mix oil, chocolate, sugar and egg.
-Add arrowroot powder and cocoa powder.
-Carefully pour and spread in 4” skillet.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
-Take out of oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!!
