    CASHEW BUTTER TRUFFLES

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup cashew butter (can use any creamy nut butter)
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for keto option, use your favorite sugar free syrup)
    • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
    • ¼ cup melted dark chocolate (your favorite flavor)

    Instructions

    • In small bowl, mix together cashew butter and maple syrup- this will thicken a bit.
    • Add in the coconut flour and mix with wooden spoon or rubber spatula until a thick dough is formed.
    • Scoop into mounds then roll into round shapes(or any shape you like!).
    • Dip into melted chocolate, shake off excess, decorate to your preference and enjoy!
    • Truffles will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. 

    Notes

    (If you are having a hard time dipping them in chocolate, place un-dipped truffles in freezer for 30 minutes to firm up)
