Delicious!

The new midnight coconut is just as delicious as the original, and has zero added sugar and zero sugar. Good to use for cooking, too.

A perfect bite!

So, first off, I need to say - this is NOT SWEET! (Maybe that should be obvious at 92% cacao, but it's worth pointing out again). For me, that makes this amazing. The older I've gotten, the less I like sweet things and the more I appreciate deep flavors with just a whisper of sweetness. Here, the wine-like notes of the chocolate come out, and the coconut is fresh-tasting and gives both flavor and texture. I'm addicted!
