Coconut butter cups
Quality food (not necessarily candy) for a fasted snack. It is not always easy finding quality fats which are necessary for daily nutrition intake but Evolved has made this aspect easier! Excellent taste ( not sweet) and great for on the go. I would recommend this food especially if you need good fat in your diet.
