Our Chocolate+Protein: Dark Chocolate + Quinoa is vegan and made with plant-based proteins.

Our Chocolate+Protein: Dark Chocolate + Hazelnut and White Macadamia is not vegan/vegetarian as it contains grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen protein.

All of our chocolate, besides our Oatmeal Cookie Dough chocolate bar and Dark Chocolate + Quinoa protein bites, fits within the Paleo/Primal lifestyle.

At this time, all of our Organic Chocolate Cups, Midnight Coconut bars, Keto White bars and Keto Brownie Batter bars are keto-friendly and have no added sugars.

No. Our organic monk fruit extract does not contain erythritol or any other artificial sweeteners.

Dark Chocolate + Quinoa Protein Bites are made with a combination of organic sunflower protein and organic pumpkin seed protein.

Dark Chocolate + Hazelnut Protein Bites are made with organic pumpkin seed protein and grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen protein.

White Macadamia Protein Bites are made with grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen protein.

We have revamped our custom bar program and it's now called; Small Batch! We have a variety of popular "custom-bar" toppings in various chocolate options as well as seasonal flavors. You can mix-and-match in boxes of 6!

Our Chocolate Bars, Chocolate Cups, Chocolate Chips and Dark Chocolate + Quinoa Protein Bites are made with all organic ingredients and are certified organic by Bay State Organics.

Our Dark Chocolate + Hazelnut Protein Bites are made with organic ingredients except for the grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen protein. At this time there are no suppliers that make organic collagen.

Our White Macadamia Protein Bites are made with organic ingredients except for macadamia nuts and grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen. At this time there are no suppliers that currently offer these two ingredients in organic form.

Our chocolates* are Certified Gluten-Free from the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.

Our chocolates are made with dairy-free (DF) and soy-free (SF) ingredients on equipment that is DF and SF.

Our products are not Kosher Certified.

Our cacao is a Rainforest Alliance Certified blend that is ethically sourced from the Dominican Republic and Congo. At this time, we are not Fair Trade Certified.

We consistently test our cacao for Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, and Mercury, as do our suppliers, and fall well below the chocolate thresholds set by the As You Sow organization, and the FDA.

In our facility, we use the following tree nuts: almond, cashew, coconut, hazelnut and macadamia. All of our products are made on shared equipment so there is a risk of cross-contamination, which is why all of our products are labeled "May contain traces of almonds, cashews, coconut, hazelnuts & macadamia nuts." We do not test our finished product for tree nuts and cannot make any claims.

Chocolate Bars (including Perfectly Imperfect bars), Chocolate Cups, Protein Bites and Chocolate Chips are best if eaten within 1 year.

We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place. All of our flavors may be frozen to extend shelf life.

Chocolate has an excellent shelf life, but keep in mind that we use no preservatives, and the environmental conditions where you store the chocolate has a direct effect on freshness. Dry, cool, and out of direct sunlight is always best.

We sweeten our paleo chocolate with organic coconut sugar that is sustainable and does not contribute to deforestation.

We sweeten our keto-friendly chocolate with organic monk fruit extract.

Evolved cannot issue a refund or return for products not purchased from our online store. Please return items to the original place of purchase to receive refunds or exchanges.

Returns - Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@eatingevolved.com.

Yes! Go to Manage Subscriptions. Navigate to Subscriptions and click on the order you wish to update. Navigate to Order Frequency. Click the drop down menus and select the desired Charge and Ship intervals. Then click Update Frequency.

From there, click Next Order(the calendar tab will open) then choose Skip this Order. A dialogue box will open confirming that your upcoming order will be skipped and will show you when your next order will be.
