What Gluten Free Waffle Mix Should I Buy?!

We here at Eating Evolved took it upon ourselves to find the best Gluten Free Waffle Mix! For the full video recap click here! For the cliff notes read below:

1st Place  -  Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
If we had 4 thumbs we'd rate this mix 3.5/4 thumbs
We paid $3.99 for it at Wild By Nature but it's also available at a lot of other markets!
      They're light, fluffy, and delicious!
The only downside is that they don't get crunchy like a waffle.

      2nd Place  -  Pamela's Gluten Free Pancake/Waffle Mix
If we had 4 thumbs we'd rate this mix 3/4 thumbs!
It was veeery close to Bob's Red Mill so we'd recommend either one!
They were more dense than Bob's but the taste was amazing!
We paid $5.99 at Walmart so it is a bit more expensive.

3rd Place  -  Bisquick Gluten Free Pancake/Baking Mix
      Bisquick gets 2/4 thumbs
We paid $4.49 for this mix at target so its a good price.
It's a well known brand so it's easy to find in stores!
It has a traditional waffle taste but it's a little bland and tastes starchy.
      Unfortunately it contains soy.

4th Place  -  Enjoy Life Gluten Free Pancake/Waffle Mix
So many people told us that this was the brand of mix they always bought so we were a little surprised when we tried it!
This mix gets a 1.5/4 thumb rating.
They were dense, had a bit of a playdough-type after taste, and the mix cost $5.99 at Whole Foods so it wasn't even a good deal.
